1. About Access Embroidery
Access Embroidery is an Australian supplier of custom embroidery, branded workwear, corporate uniforms, hospitality apparel, school and sports uniforms, promotional merchandise, and customised apparel for businesses and organisations across Australia.

3. Quotations
All quotations provided by Access Embroidery are:
- Subject to product availability
- Based on the information supplied by the customer
- Valid for the period stated on the quotation
- Subject to change if order specifications are altered
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until it has been accepted by the customer and confirmed by Access Embroidery.
4. Orders
Orders are considered confirmed once:
- The quotation has been accepted
- Artwork has been approved (where applicable)
- Required payment or deposit has been received
- Access Embroidery confirms production
Changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional costs or revised production timelines.
5. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs, embroidery layouts, colours, spelling, sizing, and placement before providing final approval.
Once artwork has been approved:
- Production will commence.
- Changes may not be possible.
- Additional charges may apply if revisions are requested after approval.
Access Embroidery is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.
6. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks, and designs supplied for production.
By providing artwork, you grant Access Embroidery permission to:
- Prepare embroidery files
- Digitise artwork
- Produce approved products
- Store artwork for future repeat orders unless otherwise requested
Customers remain responsible for any copyright or trademark claims relating to submitted artwork.
7. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- GST will be applied where required.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional costs may apply for artwork preparation, embroidery digitising, garment changes, or special requests.
Confirmed quotations will be honoured during their validity period unless the order details change.
8. Payment Terms
Payment requirements may include:
- Full payment before production
- Deposit before production
- Balance payment before dispatch
Accepted payment methods will be provided during the quotation process.
Late payments may delay production or delivery.
9. Production & Lead Times
Production times vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Product availability
- Artwork approval
- Seasonal demand
- Customisation requirements
Estimated production times are provided as a guide only.
While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, Access Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Product Colours & Samples
Product colours displayed on digital devices may differ slightly from actual garments due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Manufacturer production variations
Minor colour, fabric, or embroidery variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection point.
Customers should inspect delivered goods promptly and notify Access Embroidery of any concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
As most products are custom-made to customer specifications:
- Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
- Orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has commenced.
- Returns or replacements may be considered where products are supplied incorrectly or contain verified manufacturing defects.

13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide:
- Accurate order information
- Correct artwork files
- Correct spelling and logo details
- Timely approvals
- Accurate delivery information
Access Embroidery is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes.
While we aim to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, product descriptions, or specifications are complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to update website content without notice.
15. Intellectual Property
