At Access Embroidery<\/b>, every custom order is produced specifically to your approved requirements. This Custom Order Policy explains how we manage artwork, logo files, approvals, production, order changes, and cancellations to ensure a smooth and accurate production process.<\/p>\n

1. Custom Orders<\/b><\/h2>\n

All customised products are produced according to the specifications approved by the customer.<\/p>\n

This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Custom embroidery<\/li>\n
  • Company logo embroidery<\/li>\n
  • Corporate uniforms<\/li>\n
  • Workwear<\/li>\n
  • Hospitality apparel<\/li>\n
  • School and sports uniforms<\/li>\n
  • Promotional apparel<\/li>\n
  • Branded bags and accessories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    As these products are made specifically for each customer, additional conditions apply before production begins.<\/p>\n

    2. Artwork & Logo Files<\/b><\/h2>\n

    To achieve the best embroidery results, customers should provide high-quality artwork wherever possible.<\/p>\n

    Preferred file formats include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • AI<\/li>\n
    • EPS<\/li>\n
    • PDF<\/li>\n
    • SVG<\/li>\n
    • PNG (High Resolution)<\/li>\n
    • JPEG (High Resolution)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If supplied artwork is unsuitable for embroidery, we may recommend artwork adjustments or embroidery digitising before production.<\/p>\n

      3. Embroidery Digitising<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Most embroidered logos require digitising before production.<\/p>\n

      Digitising converts your logo into an embroidery file that can be read by our embroidery machines.<\/p>\n

      Depending on your order, digitising fees may apply and will be advised during the quotation process.<\/p>\n

      Digitised embroidery files created by Access Embroidery remain our production files unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

      4. Artwork Approval<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Before production begins, customers may receive an artwork proof or embroidery layout for approval.<\/p>\n

      Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:<\/p>\n

      • Logo design<\/li>\n
      • Embroidery placement<\/li>\n
      • Colours<\/li>\n
      • Spelling<\/li>\n
      • Garment selection<\/li>\n
      • Sizes<\/li>\n
      • Quantity<\/li>\n
      • Any special instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Production will only commence after final approval has been received.<\/p>\n

        5. Customer Responsibility<\/b><\/h2>\n

        By approving artwork, the customer confirms that:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • All information is accurate.<\/li>\n
        • Logo placement is correct.<\/li>\n
        • Colours have been reviewed.<\/li>\n
        • Spelling is correct.<\/li>\n
        • Garment sizes and quantities are correct.<\/li>\n
        • The approved artwork is ready for production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Access Embroidery cannot be held responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer prior to production.<\/p>\n

          6. Production<\/b><\/h2>\n

          Production begins once:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • The quotation has been accepted.<\/li>\n
          • Artwork has been approved.<\/li>\n
          • Required payment or deposit has been received.<\/li>\n
          • Product availability has been confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Production times vary depending on order size, product availability, and embroidery requirements.<\/p>\n

            Estimated production times will be provided during the quotation process.<\/p>\n

            7. Changes to Orders<\/b><\/h2>\n

            If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

            Changes requested before production begins may be accommodated where practical.<\/p>\n

            Changes requested after production has commenced may:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Not be possible.<\/li>\n
            • Delay production.<\/li>\n
            • Incur additional charges.<\/li>\n
            • Require a revised production schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              This includes changes to:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • Artwork<\/li>\n
              • Logo placement<\/li>\n
              • Thread colours<\/li>\n
              • Garment styles<\/li>\n
              • Sizes<\/li>\n
              • Quantities<\/li>\n
              • Delivery details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Order Cancellations<\/b><\/h2>\n

                Orders may be cancelled before production begins.<\/p>\n

                Once work has commenced, including:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Artwork preparation<\/li>\n
                • Embroidery digitising<\/li>\n
                • Garment ordering<\/li>\n
                • Production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/p>\n

                  Where cancellation is accepted after work has commenced, charges may apply for work already completed and materials ordered.<\/p>\n

                  9. Colour & Embroidery Variations<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  Every effort is made to match approved artwork and thread colours as closely as possible.<\/p>\n

                  However, slight variations may occur due to:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Thread manufacturer tolerances<\/li>\n
                  • Garment fabric<\/li>\n
                  • Embroidery techniques<\/li>\n
                  • Screen display differences<\/li>\n
                  • Lighting conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Minor variations that fall within normal industry tolerances are not considered manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n

                    10. Repeat Orders<\/b><\/h2>\n

                    Access Embroidery may retain approved embroidery files and production information to help ensure consistency for future repeat orders.<\/p>\n

                    If artwork, garment styles, or branding requirements change, updated approval may be required before production.<\/p>\n

                    11. Customer-Supplied Garments<\/b><\/h2>\n

                    Where customers provide their own garments for embroidery:<\/p>\n

                    • Garments should be clean and suitable for embroidery.<\/li>\n
                    • Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are appropriate for the requested application.<\/li>\n
                    • While every care is taken during production, Access Embroidery cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from defects, fabric limitations, or manufacturer faults in customer-supplied garments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      12. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2>\n

                      Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, and branding supplied for production.<\/p>\n

                      Access Embroidery accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark disputes relating to customer-provided artwork.<\/p>\n
