At Access Embroidery<\/b>, we aim to provide a transparent and straightforward payment process for all custom embroidery and branded apparel orders. This Payment Policy outlines the terms relating to quotations, deposits, payments, and invoices.<\/p>\n

1. Quotations<\/b><\/h2>\n

All quotations provided by Access Embroidery are:<\/p>\n

  • Based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry.<\/li>\n
  • Subject to product availability.<\/li>\n
  • Inclusive or exclusive of GST as specified in the quotation.<\/li>\n
  • Valid for the period stated on the quotation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Any changes to product selection, artwork, quantities, or order specifications may result in a revised quotation.<\/p>\n

    2. Order Confirmation<\/b><\/h2>\n

    An order is considered confirmed once:<\/p>\n

    • The quotation has been accepted.<\/li>\n
    • Artwork has been approved (where applicable).<\/li>\n
    • Any required deposit or full payment has been received.<\/li>\n
    • Access Embroidery confirms the order for production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Production will not commence until all required approvals and payment conditions have been met.<\/p>\n

      3. Payment Terms<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Payment terms may vary depending on the type and size of the order.<\/p>\n

      Depending on the project, we may require:<\/p>\n

      • Full payment before production.<\/li>\n
      • A deposit before production, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch.<\/li>\n
      • Approved trading account terms for eligible business customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Specific payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.<\/p>\n

        4. Accepted Payment Methods<\/b><\/h2>\n

        We accept a range of payment methods, including:<\/p>\n

        • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)<\/li>\n
        • Bank Transfer<\/li>\n
        • Credit or Debit Card (where available)<\/li>\n
        • Other approved payment methods as advised during the ordering process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Payment instructions will be provided on your invoice.<\/p>\n

          5. Deposits<\/b><\/h2>\n

          For custom embroidery and bulk orders, a deposit may be required before:<\/p>\n

          • Garments are ordered.<\/li>\n
          • Artwork is digitised.<\/li>\n
          • Production begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Deposits confirm your acceptance of the quotation and allow us to commence work on your order.<\/p>\n

            6. Outstanding Payments<\/b><\/h2>\n

            Any outstanding balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified on your invoice.<\/p>\n

            Orders may not be dispatched or made available for collection until all outstanding amounts have been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

            7. Pricing<\/b><\/h2>\n

            All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

            Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST)<\/b> will be included or clearly identified in the quotation or invoice.<\/p>\n

            Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation.<\/p>\n

            8. Changes to Orders<\/b><\/h2>\n

            If changes are requested after an order has been confirmed, additional charges may apply.<\/p>\n

            Examples include:<\/p>\n

            • Artwork revisions<\/li>\n
            • Garment changes<\/li>\n
            • Quantity changes<\/li>\n
            • Additional embroidery<\/li>\n
            • Rush production requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Any additional costs will be communicated before proceeding.<\/p>\n

              9. Late Payments<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Where payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Access Embroidery reserves the right to:<\/p>\n

              • Delay production.<\/li>\n
              • Delay dispatch of completed orders.<\/li>\n
              • Suspend further work on the project until payment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                10. Cancellations & Refunds<\/b><\/h2>\n

                Payment refunds and order cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy<\/b>.<\/p>\n

                Where production has already commenced, including artwork preparation or embroidery digitising, charges may apply for work completed.<\/p>\n

                11. Invoice Accuracy<\/b><\/h2>\n

                Customers should review all quotations and invoices carefully.<\/p>\n

                If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed before payment is made.<\/p>\n

                12. Changes to This Policy<\/b><\/h2>\n

                Access Embroidery may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business operations or payment procedures.<\/p>\n

                The latest version will always be available on this page.<\/p>\n
