At Access Embroidery<\/b>, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom embroidered apparel and branded products. As most of our products are made to your specifications, our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy differs from that of standard retail products.<\/p>\n

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.<\/p>\n

1. Custom-Made Products<\/b><\/h2>\n

The majority of our products are customised with your logo, artwork, or branding.<\/p>\n

For this reason, customised products cannot generally be returned or exchanged if you change your mind<\/b>, order the incorrect size, or no longer require the products.<\/p>\n

2. Change of Mind<\/b><\/h2>\n

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:<\/p>\n

  • Change of mind<\/li>\n
  • Incorrect product selection<\/li>\n
  • Incorrect garment size ordered<\/li>\n
  • Incorrect colour selected by the customer<\/li>\n
  • Customer-approved artwork or embroidery design<\/li>\n
  • Delays caused by third-party courier services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before approving production.<\/p>\n

    3. Order Cancellations<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Orders may be cancelled before production has commenced<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    If production has already started, including artwork preparation, embroidery digitising, garment ordering, or embroidery production, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply for work already completed.<\/p>\n

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.<\/p>\n

    4. Returns for Manufacturing Errors<\/b><\/h2>\n

    If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing fault or has been produced differently from the approved order, please contact us promptly.<\/p>\n

    Examples may include:<\/p>\n

    • Incorrect embroidery compared with the approved artwork<\/li>\n
    • Incorrect garments supplied<\/li>\n
    • Incorrect quantities supplied<\/li>\n
    • Manufacturing defects<\/li>\n
    • Products damaged before delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.<\/p>\n

      5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/b><\/h2>\n

      If you receive products that are damaged during delivery or believe your order is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order.<\/p>\n

      To help us assess the issue, we may request:<\/p>\n

      • Your order number<\/li>\n
      • A description of the issue<\/li>\n
      • Clear photographs of the products<\/li>\n
      • Details of the packaging (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We will investigate the matter and advise you on the next steps.<\/p>\n

        6. Refunds<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method.<\/p>\n

          7. Replacements<\/b><\/h2>\n

          Where appropriate, Access Embroidery may choose to:<\/p>\n

          • Repair the affected products<\/li>\n
          • Replace the products<\/li>\n
          • Reproduce the embroidery<\/li>\n
          • Supply replacement garments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the order.<\/p>\n

            8. Customer Responsibilities<\/b><\/h2>\n

            Customers are responsible for ensuring:<\/p>\n

            • Artwork has been fully approved before production<\/li>\n
            • Sizes and garment selections are correct<\/li>\n
            • Logos, spelling, colours, and embroidery placement have been reviewed<\/li>\n
            • Delivery information is accurate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Access Embroidery is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer prior to production.<\/p>\n

              9. Australian Consumer Law<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

              Where required by law, customers are entitled to applicable remedies for products that fail to meet the consumer guarantees provided under the ACL.<\/p>\n
