Access Embroidery is an Australian supplier of custom embroidery, branded workwear, corporate uniforms, hospitality apparel, school and sports uniforms, promotional merchandise, and customised apparel for businesses and organisations across Australia.<\/p>\n

2. Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/h2>\n

By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

    4. Orders<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Orders are considered confirmed once:<\/p>\n

    • Artwork has been approved (where applicable)<\/li>\n
    • Required payment or deposit has been received<\/li>\n
    • Access Embroidery confirms production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional costs or revised production timelines.<\/p>\n

      5. Artwork Approval<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs, embroidery layouts, colours, spelling, sizing, and placement before providing final approval.<\/p>\n

      Once artwork has been approved:<\/p>\n

      • Production will commence.<\/li>\n
      • Changes may not be possible.<\/li>\n
      • Additional charges may apply if revisions are requested after approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Access Embroidery is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.<\/p>\n

        6. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks, and designs supplied for production.<\/p>\n

        By providing artwork, you grant Access Embroidery permission to:<\/p>\n

        • Prepare embroidery files<\/li>\n
        • Digitise artwork<\/li>\n
        • Produce approved products<\/li>\n
        • Store artwork for future repeat orders unless otherwise requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Customers remain responsible for any copyright or trademark claims relating to submitted artwork.<\/p>\n

          7. Pricing<\/b><\/h2>\n

          Unless otherwise stated:<\/p>\n

          • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).<\/li>\n
          • GST will be applied where required.<\/li>\n
          • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.<\/li>\n
          • Additional costs may apply for artwork preparation, embroidery digitising, garment changes, or special requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Confirmed quotations will be honoured during their validity period unless the order details change.<\/p>\n

            8. Payment Terms<\/b><\/h2>\n

            Payment requirements may include:<\/p>\n

            • Full payment before production<\/li>\n
            • Deposit before production<\/li>\n
            • Balance payment before dispatch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Accepted payment methods will be provided during the quotation process.<\/p>\n

              Late payments may delay production or delivery.<\/p>\n

              9. Production & Lead Times<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Production times vary depending on:<\/p>\n

                Estimated production times are provided as a guide only.<\/p>\n

                While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, Access Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n

                10. Product Colours & Samples<\/b><\/h2>\n

                Product colours displayed on digital devices may differ slightly from actual garments due to:<\/p>\n

                • Lighting conditions<\/li>\n
                • Manufacturer production variations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Minor colour, fabric, or embroidery variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.<\/p>\n

                  11. Shipping & Delivery<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n

                  Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection point.<\/p>\n

                  Customers should inspect delivered goods promptly and notify Access Embroidery of any concerns within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n

                  12. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  As most products are custom-made to customer specifications:<\/p>\n
